Meet Information

Athlete Check-In Running Events: Athletes must check in with the Clerk of Course before the start of the preceding event. All athletes must have spikes checked prior to competition.

Field Events: Athletes must check in 15 minutes prior to the event start with the Head Judge at the event site. Spikes must be checked before checking in.

Athletes              Backpacks and necessary supplies are permitted for those wearing a wristband.  Individuals may bring snacks and water into the AHP Air Dome.  No coolers, wagons or team tents are allowed anywhere in the facility. All athletes will run unattached at the Summer Classic in the Air Dome.

Spectators           LETU has implemented a clear bag policy for all campus venues.  Permitted bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, one-gallon clear freezer bags, and small clutch purses (approximately the size of a hand).

Coaching Access Coaches will be able to coach from outside the perimeter of the track.  Coaches are not allowed on the infield of the track except in designated coaches area.  Athletes are not to cross the track to receive coaching at any time.

Entry Fees           : Entry Fee is $10 per athlete per event. All entries and payments will be completed online at  Athletic.net.  No refunds once entries are paid!  Please enter a mark you feel you are capable of performing at this time.  In the vertical events, enter a height you feel you are ready to jump at this time in order for us to set accurate progressions for the events. Please enter marks in feet and inches only.
