Start Times are “estimated” so be early to the start line.

We plan to keep the meet between 20-25  schools. $75.00 Per team, $20.00 per individual and $375 max for school. We will hand out medals to the top 20 individual runners. Plaques for winning teams in each Division and Runner-UP in Varsity Division. Check-in will be at our XC Tent near the Field House/Track. You will make payment for your entries and pick up bibs from our meet workers at the XC Tent. We will be using Cowtown Timing for this year’s meet, so times will be uploaded and available following each race at:

ALL ENTRIES will be due no later than 5:00 PM Thursday, Sept. 25th in TxMileSplit.

Additionally, I will need you to mark your Division/Individual entries in the shared Google Spreadsheet for our Business office.  Place an X for Teams and a number (i.e. 3) for Individuals per Division you will have runners competing. The Google Spreadsheet will calculate what your entry fee will be for our meet. I did UG for an example.
